Mainet are pleased to announce that it has acquired the business of UK based; ATM Unique.
The acquisition is of strategic importance to Mainet as it significantly enhances our presence in the burgeoning ATM market as well as providing ATM Unique access to our substantial facilities, in addition to our extensive national network presence.
The acquisition is part of the company?s strategy of building capability and national reach through organic growth and targeted acquisitions. The acquisition also gives Mainet its first exposure to the ATM Parts and End of Life sectors where ATM Unique has an established presence.
We believe the acquisition will strengthen the relationships with our existing clients and provide Mainet with a great additional customer base and a springboard to build a substantial market share with exciting new banking relationships within the UK and into Europe.
